Accumulators

Accumulators

This is a big area but here we will briefly cover the most important things you need to know about them.

Accumulators serve to accumulate energy that you can use later. There are different types of accumulators in terms of construction. These are: lead- acid, gel, and lithium-ion.

Lead -acid batteries provide the least efficiency because they allow 70% to 80% of their capacity to be discharged, but they are the cheapest solution.

The next type is Gel accumulators. They provide greater efficiency and we can safely say that they are currently the best choice in terms of finances and efficiency. They can be discharged to a depth of 40-50 % of their capacity.

Lithium ion batteries are the future in the solar system world. They have the highest efficiency and can be discharged up to 20% of their capacity without disturbing the properties of the battery itself.

They are the most expensive but the best quality option. We hope that in the near future the production and price of these batteries will be more accessible to customers.
